Glow Group Health and Wellbeing is a Dietitian Service built to support healthy relationships with food and body. We offer nutrition assessment and support at our clinics located across Greater Sydney and Adelaide, as well as consults online or in the comfort of your own home.

About Rebecca

Rebecca (she/her) aims to hold a space for her clients to help them navigate their relationship with food, body and health in a way that is meaningful to them. Rebecca has taken her own journey to explore a more compassionate and client-led way to practice as a Dietitian, with a high respect for individual autonomy and diversity. With ongoing supervision, and professional development, Rebecca takes a whole person approach that is trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, body inclusive and HAES® aligned.

Jess is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a passion for people, their stories, and understanding their relationship with food. 

Jess has completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Flinders University, and has since gone on to train in disordered eating, eating disorders and nutrition for mental health. She is an executive member of the Dietitian’s Australia Eating Disorder Interest Group, and is a community advocate for training and education in the space.  

Since graduating she has worked in the acute, sub-acute and private sectors, including rehab and mental health specialties. Most significantly, she has spent three years managing Dietetic services across QLD, NSW and ACT for a large non-for profit. 

Jess respects body diversity and understands that health looks different on everybody. She loves to empower clients to live a healthful life, in a way that promotes autonomy and dignity, and is true to their values, and believes good nutritional care should be inclusive, and delivered in a compassionate and holistic way. 

Outside of work Jess can be found frequenting Sydney’s local restaurants, gushing over her kitten or wandering through some of the beautiful beach-side walks the east coast has to offer.

She completed her Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics, with Honours, at the University of Wollongong and has worked across the private, public and food industry sectors.

Verena has a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong and is currently completing a PhD exploring the nutritional health of socially disadvantaged individuals. She is a member of the Mental Health Dietitian’s Network and volunteers as a dietitian to support individuals experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.

In her spare time Verena enjoys a good local market, being in nature with her shoes off and spending time with family, friends and her dog Winston.

Georgie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) having completed a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) (Dean’s Scholar) at the University of Wollongong. To further her knowledge and practical skills, she is currently undertaking a PhD in health promotion, looking at how nutrition and physical activity are being promoted in Family Day Care settings. She is a research affiliate at the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute, and has obtained her sports nutrition accreditation from Sports Dietitians Australia.  

Georgie takes a holistic approach in her practice, and utilises the non-diet approach. She values helping her clients build a positive relationship with food, as well as working towards body positivity and acceptance. Her main area of interest is sport and performance nutrition, having been a competitive cheerleader and gymnast for 10 years (and counting)! 

Outside of work, you will find Georgie trying out new foods at her local café or restaurant, staying active at reformer Pilates or cheerleading practice, walking her dog at the park, or relaxing at home watching a good crime show.

Faye is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (BSc Clinical Nutrition) who has a passion for health, nutrition, happiness, and helping others. Faye aims to encourage balance and self-compassion through talking with clients on their relationship with food, and why change is important to them while following evidenced-based guidelines in interventions for their health concerns. 

Faye has worked closely with people with food and body image concerns, disordered eating, antenatal and post-natal nutrition, and IBS. She incorporates Intuitive Eating strategies, daily mindfulness, breathwork, and encourages Satter’s Division of Responsibility for family nutrition and fussy eating.

Faye graduated from the University of California, Davis (BSc Clinical Nutrition) and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Houston, Texas. Faye has credentialling in the USA and Australia with a background in foodservice, as well as acute and community care and private practise.

Faye is a HAES® aligned, weight-inclusive practitioner and avid about offering Non-Diet strategies to help facilitate self-management for clients.  By aiming to understand what values are important to clients, Faye can assist in nutrition education, wellbeing needs and a steady approach to food selections.

Amy is committed to supporting individuals and families with gentle nutrition. She strives to foster joyful and respectful food and body relationships and encourages food neutrality, intuitive eating and the Satter Division of Responsibility in Feeding.  

Amy holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) from the University of Wollongong. Alongside her role at Glow Group, Amy works clinically as a hospital and community health dietitian where she supports adults living with various acute and chronic illnesses and carers of children with growth and fussy eating concerns.    

In her spare time Amy loves baking from her ever growing cook book collection, bush walking and spending time with friends and family.

She has always loved food and is very passionate about assisting people to build a healthy relationship with food and diet. 

Mali practices in a HAES aligned and trauma informed way, understanding that health is very multi-faceted and looks different for everyone. She focuses on applying a very individualised approach and continually strives to instil a sense of empowerment in clients in order for them to lead long, happy and healthy lives. 

On her days off, Mali can be found visiting restaurants, trying out new recipes in the kitchen or grabbing coffee with friends.

Andriana is an Accredited Practising Dietitian having completed a Bachelor of Human Nutrition, and Master of Dietetic Practice at La Trobe University, Melbourne.

She is passionate about supporting people to build positive relationships with food and their body. She believes the best way to achieve this is through providing a holistic approach and respectfully collaborating with people to manage their health in a way that promotes enjoyable eating and a peaceful relationship with food.

Andriana is a self-confessed foodie and enjoys showing clients how they too can enjoy the foods they love.

Andriana can help people with chronic disease management and has a particular interest in women’s health – particularly polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). 

In her spare time, Andriana loves cooking, baking, trying new cafes and restaurants, travelling and discovering new walking trails.

JESS TILBROOK

Jess is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a passion for people, their stories, and understanding their relationship with food. 

Jess has completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Flinders University, and has since gone on to train in disordered eating, eating disorders and nutrition for mental health. She is an executive member of the Dietitian’s Australia Eating Disorder Interest Group, and is a community advocate for training and education in the space.  

Since graduating she has worked in the acute, sub-acute and private sectors, including rehab and mental health specialties. Most significantly, she has spent three years managing Dietetic services across QLD, NSW and ACT for a large non-for profit. 

Jess respects body diversity and understands that health looks different on everybody. She loves to empower clients to live a healthful life, in a way that promotes autonomy and dignity, and is true to their values, and believes good nutritional care should be inclusive, and delivered in a compassionate and holistic way. 

Outside of work Jess can be found frequenting Sydney’s local restaurants, gushing over her kitten or wandering through some of the beautiful beach-side walks the east coast has to offer.

Jess has a special interest in food and body image concerns, including disordered eating, eating disorders, chronic dieting and emotional eating; and supports clients living with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) and those with a complex relationship with food.

Aimee is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), having completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) with The University of Newcastle.

Aimee is a Non-Diet Dietitian, rooted in the belief that health is not a one-size-fits-all approach, but requires tailoring to each individual. She is passionate about supporting individuals to build a healthy relationship with food and their body through a personalised, holistic, evidence-based and sustainable approach.

In a world of yo-yo dieting, Aimee strives to help people break free of food rules and restrictions and find food freedom through intuitive eating and listening to body cues. Her mission is to ensure every person feels listened to, empowered and supported in being able to reach their health goals.

Aimee can help people with chronic disease management (diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, gut concerns), eating difficulties (loss of appetite, taste changes, difficulty chewing/swallowing), Nutrition for Clients Living with a Disability (NDIS), cooking lessons and shopping support. 

Aimee is a lover of food, coffee and the ocean. Outside of work you’ll find her surfing, freediving or at a local cafe.

Sarah brings her bright and warm personality to our clinic, and supports our team and clients to find the best clinical partnerships for their food/body journeys.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys painting, and shares a passion for cooking with her Dietitian colleagues. 
Keeah is an experienced Medical Support Advisor having worked within the Private Health sector in both Customer Service and Finance roles.
 
Keeah brings her positive and bubbly personality to the team, along with a passion for new challenges and new opportunities to make Glow Group the best it can be. 
 
Outside of work, Keeah enjoys doing DIY projects, baking and spending time with her family.
