Glow Group Health & Wellbeing

Glow Group Health and Wellbeing is a Dietitian Service built to support healthy relationships with food and body. We offer nutrition assessment and support at our clinics located across Greater Sydney and Adelaide, as well as consults online or in the comfort of your own home.

Glow Group Fees

From 1st August 2023:

* Non-face-to-face time allows your clinician to complete any necessary follow up such as collaboration (e.g. with your GP or Psychologist), updating personalised resources, and complying with medicolegal documentation requirements.

Fees are paid directly after your consultation session via your saved Credit/Debit card details or Direct Deposit.

Rebate Options

If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a rebate, the Glow Group team would be happy to assist you in assessing your eligibility.

Medicare

You may be eligible for a partial rebate ($58.00 per session) if you have a: 

Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan 

OR

Medicare Eating Disorder Plan Pathway

To qualify for this rebate, a referral is required from your GP. Please note, there is an out-of-pocket fee for the difference between the session cost and rebate value. 

Private Health Insurance

Most private health funds offer coverage for Dietitian/Nutrition services as a component of their extras cover. If you are unsure of your coverage, we recommend contacting your health fund to see whether you are eligible. 

Safer Space Program

If you are facing financial hardship or have difficulty accessing Dietitian support, we do offer bulk-billing through our Safer Space Program. To be part of this program, we ask that you contact our team to assess your eligibility.

NDIS

If you are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant, your Dietitian service may be funded through the NDIS. Depending on your NDIS plan, services may be funded under Improved Daily Living, Health and Wellbeing or Core Supports (for speciality enteral feeding resources).

DVA

If you have a Department of Veterans Affair (DVA) Health Care Card, your Dietitian service may be fully funded. Dietitian services may be funded through Gold Cards, and White Cards if related to an accepted condition. 

To qualify for this rebate, a referral is required from your GP or medical specialist.
